Scope of the Job:
This role will support the production line through implementation of best practices. This is accomplished by working with fellow technicians and engineers to ensure that maintenance and calibration of all equipment is performed and logged correctly into the system database. All preventative maintenance training will be performed on-site.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up production and test station configurations for unique job requirements
- Maintain preventive maintenance logs and maintenance instructions
- Perform preventive maintenance activities and calibration checks as assigned
- Update and maintain records for in-house equipment from other G&H sites and vendors
- Organize equipment in storage rooms and filter out what can be recycled
- Work with others on a daily basis to solve issues that arise at workstations
- Catalogue service manuals for equipment
- Participate in safety audits
- Assist in waste stream management
- Ensure the site is safe, clean and maintained
Specialist Functional Knowledge
- Familiarity in a clean room environment is a plus
- General understanding on the use of test and measurement equipment
- Repair experience on air compressors, vacuum generators, nitrogen generators, air conditioning systems, humidity control systems, and production equipment is a plus, but not mandatory
- Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment
- Computer skills using MS Office and database tools

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; or related field, military technical training or equivalent work experience is beneficial, but not mandatory. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks along with proposing methods to optimize performance. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
