A key area of expertise is glass prism periscopes, recognised for distortion-free optical performance, competitive cost and long service life. G&H states that optical-grade glass prisms provide exceptional durability and can significantly reduce through-life equipment costs compared with alternative periscope designs.
The business also offers Embedded Image Periscope (EIP) and sighting systems, combining a standard periscope upper assembly with a compact lower display assembly and optional relaxed-view biocular. These systems allow AFV operators to switch quickly between direct view and digital imagery from sensors and cameras without changing head position or swapping equipment, supporting day and night operation and improved situational awareness through battlefield obscurants.
