Building our future in photonics
G&H is a global photonics technology group providing advanced optical components, assemblies and systems for aerospace and defense, industrial and telecom, and life sciences applications. Through our engineering expertise and manufacturing capabilities, we work closely with customers to solve complex technical challenges and support demanding applications around the world.
Our Ownership
G&H is owned by Arlington Capital Partners (ACP), a private investment firm with experience across aerospace and defense, government services and technology, and healthcare. ACP completed its acquisition of G&H in October 2026, supporting the next stage of our development as a global photonics technology group.
With ACP’s backing, we are focused on investing in our people, technologies and manufacturing capabilities, strengthening our customer partnerships and supporting long-term growth across our markets.
