QX Series Pockels Cells product image - Three cylindrical G&H QX Series Pockels cells of varying sizes are shown side by side. Each has a white ceramic body with metallic blue endcaps engraved with “G&H” and model numbers. Gold-plated electrical terminals are mounted on top of each unit, indicating their electro-optic function. These devices are designed for laser pulse control applications.

Product description

The inspiration for the development of the QX 2035 Pockels cells is the customer’s need to operate at higher repetition rates compared to the Impact Pockels cell line. With repetition rates up to 3 kHz, the QX series of Pockels cells offer a voltage contrast ratio greater than 2000:1 at 1064 nm. In addition, the QX Pockels cells are equipped with ceramic apertures for robustness and premium UV-grade fused silica windows for high transmission and contrast ratio.

The QX 2035 employs broadband, high damage threshold solgel AR coating for improved durability and performance. All units are tested for optic and electric functionality and are supplied with a QA inspection report and suggested alignment procedures.

The QX 2035 include an in-house grown KD*P crystal with transmission above 98% from long wave UV to near IR.
