Product description

The G&H AODF 4130 TeO₂ 1.1µm Near-Infrared Acousto-Optic Deflector is designed for beam steering and optical deflection applications in the near-infrared spectral region. It uses TeO₂ as the acousto-optic medium and operates in a longitudinal acoustic mode.

The device is specified with horizontal input and output polarization, supporting predictable optical integration in NIR laser systems. Its RF configuration is centred at 130 MHz with a 50 MHz RF bandwidth, while the RF impedance note specifies performance across 95–165 MHz.

The AODF 4130 uses a two element phased array electrode and has a compact 0.8 mm diameter active aperture. With low insertion loss, specified minimum diffraction efficiency and RF impedance performance across a broad frequency span, it is suitable for OEM near-infrared laser systems, optical instrumentation and specialist beam steering applications.
