Product description

The AOMO 3110-1999 provides controlled modulation for UV and violet laser systems where optical efficiency, stable beam handling and repeatable switching are important. Its crystalline quartz optical material provides a robust platform for demanding short-wavelength laser applications, while the larger aperture supports systems that need greater beam clearance.

This modulator is well suited to precision laser processing and analytical photonics platforms where low optical loss, high diffraction efficiency and controlled exposure are important. Anti-reflection coated optics and clean optical switching help support reliable beam gating, pulse selection, intensity modulation and laser power control in micromachining, semiconductor processing, materials processing, scientific research and analytical instrumentation.

  • Example AR Coating Curve (for guidance only)

Example AR coating curve chart showing percent transmission (%T) plotted against wavelength from 250 to 450 nanometres, with two coating response lines shown in blue and red. Both curves drop sharply near 300 nanometres, reach their lowest point around 340 to 350 nanometres at approximately 0.2% transmission, and then rise steadily again toward longer wavelengths. Red guide lines mark reference points at 1.00% transmission and 300.00 nanometres.
