The 5080-290 AOQS Acousto-Optic Q-Switch is engineered for laser systems requiring reliable Q-switching at 1064 nm. Manufactured using crystalline quartz, it provides stable optical performance, low insertion loss and high contrast ratio for controlled laser pulse generation.
The device operates at an 80 MHz centre frequency with 10 MHz RF bandwidth at -9 dB return loss and 50 ohms nominal input impedance. Its compact 1.2 mm active aperture, 115 ns rise time and 80% loss modulation support fast and efficient pulse control in precision laser systems.
With conduction cooling through the base, optical window parallelism of less than 1 arc minute and RoHS compliant materials, the 5080-290 AOQS is suited to OEM laser integration where compact packaging, dependable optical performance and consistent modulation are required.
