Product description

The AOMO 3175-1999 provides controlled modulation for UV and violet laser systems where compact beam handling, fast optical response and repeatable switching performance are required. Its Crystalline Quartz AO medium supports robust short-wavelength beam interaction, making it well suited to demanding laser and photonics applications.

This modulator is designed for systems where precise beam gating, optical switching and intensity control are required in a compact optical layout. Low insertion loss, low surface reflectivity, high contrast performance and a small square aperture support clean beam control in UV laser processing, microscopy, fluorescence excitation, analytical instrumentation, optical test platforms and scientific laser systems.

  • Example AR Coating Curve (for guidance only)

Example AR coating curve chart showing percent transmission (%T) plotted against wavelength from 250 to 450 nanometres, with two coating response lines shown in blue and red. Both curves drop sharply near 300 nanometres, reach their lowest point around 340 to 350 nanometres at approximately 0.2% transmission, and then rise steadily again toward longer wavelengths. Red guide lines mark reference points at 1.00% transmission and 300.00 nanometres.
