The 5041-290 AOQS Acousto-Optic Q-Switch is engineered for reliable Q-switching in 1064 nm laser systems. Manufactured using crystalline quartz, it supports stable optical performance, controlled pulse generation and efficient integration into precision laser platforms.
The device operates at a 40.68 MHz centre frequency with 2 MHz RF bandwidth at -9 dB return loss and 50 ohms nominal input impedance. Its compact 1.5 mm active aperture, 30 mm optical path and SMA connector configuration make it suitable for OEM systems where space, thermal control and dependable optical performance are important.
With conduction cooling through the base, optical window parallelism of less than 1 arc minute and RoHS compliant materials, the 5041-290 AOQS provides a compact solution for laser systems requiring low insertion loss, high contrast performance and fast pulse control.
