Our range of nonlinear crystal holder are both thin and thick, featuring hard ceramic aperture of up to 300 mm. Suitable for mounting crystals that are <1 mm thick to 10 mm in length, with clear apertures from 0.157–0.500 mm.

XC Nonlinear Crystal Holders
A thin nonlinear crystal holder with a hard ceramic aperture. Suitable for mounting crystals that are 1 mm thick or less, with clear apertures from 0.157–0.500 mm.
XCL Nonlinear Crystal Holders
A thick nonlinear crystal holder with a hard ceramic aperture. Suitable for mounting crystals that are 1–5 mm thick, with clear apertures from 0.157 – 0.500 mm.
XH Nonlinear Crystal Holders
A nonlinear crystal holder with a hard ceramic aperture. Suitable for mounting crystals that are up to 10 mm in length, with clear apertures from 0.197 – 0.394 mm.
XTP Nonlinear Crystal Holders
Very thin crystals minimize the effects of group velocity mismatch and group velocity dispersion in femtosecond lasers. KDP or KD*P offer the advantages of being available in very large apertures with high quality and high damage threshold. Large beam diameters reduce the likelihood of laser damage due to excessive intensity.
These mounts are suitable for harmonic generation and difference frequency mixing with ultrafast pulse lasers.
