Henry Ford, the famous industrialist and founder of Ford Motor Company, started his career as a machinist apprentice in Dearborn, Michigan, United States. He ended up leading a visionary automotive empire, believing “in technology as a force for improving people's lives.”[1] Steve Jobs, the co-founder, chairman, and CEO of Apple Inc., received an internship position at Hewlett-Packard where he assembled frequency counters. Jobs went on to revolutionize the market approach to technology and product design, creating one of the most recognizable tech brands in the world. Ross James Brawn OBE, one of Formula One’s most successful managing directors, finished an engineering apprenticeship at the UK Atomic Energy Authority in Harwell, United Kingdom. His work with legends like Michael Schumacher, Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button, cemented his place in motorsport history, leading some of the most successful Formula One teams ever.
