Product description
The KD*P family exhibits strong electro-optic coefficients and broad transparency. KDP is a widely used nonlinear optical crystal known for its excellent UV transparency and efficient second harmonic generation. It is also commonly employed in pulse pickers, Q-switching and Pockels cell applications due to its favorable electro-optic coefficients. G&H grows high-purity KDP crystals and offers both raw crystals and custom assemblies for demanding scientific and industrial applications.
Typically used in Pockels cells and Q-switches for medical and aesthetic lasers, due to their high electro-optic coefficients.
Crystal boules also available, we cultivate and offer structurally flawless large boules devoid of defects, striations, or inclusions. Our boules boast an exceptionally low dislocation density, with sections entirely free of dislocations. With our oversized boules, we're capable of crafting exceptionally large optical elements.
