Design for manufacture

We have CNC generating, grinding, and polishing capabilities for spherical, semi-spherical, and aspheric lenses, including high-precision aspheric surfaces on optical glass produced using 5-axis grinding and polishing machines.

Complex shapes on lenses

G&H has a unique capability of manufacturing complex shapes on lenses, such as step profiles or off-axis shapes.
