Design for manufacture
Our lens production process follows a design-for-manufacture approach, ensuring the production of cost-effective, high-quality custom lenses. We have CNC generating, grinding, and polishing capabilities for spherical, semi-spherical, and aspheric lenses, including high-precision aspheric surfaces on optical glass produced using 5-axis grinding and polishing machines.
Complex shapes on lenses
G&H has a unique capability of manufacturing complex shapes on lenses, such as step profiles or off-axis shapes. In addition to singlets, we also produce a wide variety of doublets, triplets, and more complex lens assemblies. Our extensive metrology equipment investments guarantee that our customers receive high-performing, quality products.
